Whitlock Tax Service LLC has more than 35 years of diversified professional experience in tax representation, tax planning, and small business bookkeeping. Beanna began the practice 30 years ago as a sole-practitioner, having had practices in Houston, Plano and now San Antonio.

Today along with her partner Tom Whitlock, Beanna and a team of Seasonal Assistants strive to ensure that “Our taxpayers pay the lowest legal amount of tax”. In 1979 Beanna became an Enrolled Agent representing taxpayers before all administrative levels of the IRS. In the 1990’s Whitlock Tax Service LLC began offering additional services to their clients. Recently the firm has received its accreditation as Certified Senior Advisors. Beanna has her accreditation and teaches to seniors and other organizations.

                                  

Beanna Whitlock

Beanna formed Whitlock Tax Service, LLC in May 1977. She was an inaugural member of the National Tax Practice Institute. Beanna is nationally recognized as a top authority on Limited Liability Company Law. She is a frequent lecturer to tax professional organizations and serves as a resource to the Internal Revenue Service, as well as teaching Ethics and Professional Conduct before many professional groups and for the IRS. Beanna served as Director of National Public Liaison for the Internal Revenue Service in Washington DC – 2003 and 2004, responsible for IRS Commissioner relations with tax professionals, state and local governments and Congress.

Tom Whitlock

Tom joined Whitlock Tax Service, LLC in 2002. Tom brings over 35 years of practical business experience to the firm. Before partnering with Beanna in the business, his tax background included experience with a national tax preparation firm.
